As a chef, gardener and business owner, Westfall divides her time in multiple ways.
She gives cooking lessons at the “We Got This” garden, she tends to her own 27 raised garden beds at St. Ann’s Center for Intergenerational Care on Milwaukee’s north side. She also also teaches classes there as part of her youth-based culinary school called “The NEST,” or Nutritional Educational Successful Training Culinary School, focused on teaching young people how to grow and cook their own fruits and vegetables.
